About Enodia Therapeutics
Enodia Therapeutics is a French biotechnology company developing best-in-class small-molecule therapeutics based on a novel approach to controlling the production of disease-driving proteins at their source. Founded in 2025 from pioneering research conducted at Institut Pasteur and built with the support of the Argobio venture studio, Enodia brings together expertise in cutting-edge biology, medicinal chemistry, proteomics, structural biology, and artificial intelligence. The company operates across Paris, France, and Liège, Belgium.
At the heart of Enodia’s technology is the selective modulation of Sec61, a central gateway in the biogenesis of secreted and membrane proteins. By exploiting differences in the sensitivity of individual proteins to Sec61 modulation, we aim to selectively control defined sets of disease-relevant proteins while preserving essential cellular functions. This distinctive approach opens new opportunities to address disease-relevant proteins and mechanisms that remain challenging to target with conventional therapeutic strategies.
Enodia is advancing a growing preclinical pipeline across inflammation, immunology, and oncology, with additional opportunities in virology.
In early 2026, Enodia secured €20.7 million in Seed financing, co-led by Elaia, Pfizer Ventures, and Bpifrance, alongside leading French and international investors. This strong financial foundation enables us to advance our pipeline, expand our scientific capabilities, and build the team needed to bring our technology to the next stage of development.
Enodia is now entering an exciting phase of growth, with expanding teams in Paris and Liège. We offer the opportunity to work at the interface of cutting-edge science and drug discovery, collaborate closely across disciplines, and play a meaningful role in shaping both the development of a new therapeutic approach and the future of a growing biotech.
